Sweet Potato Casserole

Sweet Potato Casserole

Mix Together 

          3 cups Mashed Sweet Potatoes

          ½ cup Milk

          ½ cup Sugar

          ½ stick Butter (Melted)

          2 Eggs (Beaten)

          1 ½ tea. Vanilla

          ½ tea Salt

Topping

          ½ cup Brown Sugar

          ¼ cup White Sugar

          ½ stick Butter (Melted)

          1 cup Chopped Nuts (pecans or walnuts – optional)

          ½ cup Flour (All Purpose)

Mix until melted butter absorbed.  Spread over Sweet Potatoe mixture.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
